How do I modify the name on my ticket(s)?

The names on your tickets may be modified up until June 18, 2025 at 12 AM (PT). If you need to update the name on a ticket after the deadline, please stop by the Registration Help Desk when you arrive at the event. Ticket names may not be modified once the ticket has been exchanged for credentials at Registration.

Please follow the instructions below to update the name on your ticket:

1. Click on the order link in your confirmation email or visit the VidCon Anaheim ticketing site and click “Login” in the top right corner.
2. Click “View Order” next to VidCon Anaheim 2025 the Recent Orders section.
3. Click “Edit” next to the name you’d like to change.
4. Enter in the new First and Last Name, email address, and/or phone number and click “Update”.
